Whois

This allows you to access the Domain Name System, to get information about a particular domain name.

Input fields:

Whois - the domain name you want information about
Server - address of the whois server. Use (automatic) to determine the correct whois server automatically
Smart Query - check this box to automatically parse your Whois input
C-Block - this looks up the address of the domain to find out what network block it belongs to
Right click context menu commands:
- new Whois - perform new Whois using the selected text
- new Host Whois - look up the Host record for a nameserver
- new Server Whois - do a server lookup on a Host record (find out everything it's hosting)
- new Server - use the selected text as the new Whois server
- new C-Block - perform new C-Block lookup on the selected text
